We're Foreclosure Short Sale specialists, helping homeowners in California, Arizona, Nevada, and through the country that are facing difficulties with their property. Several of the California counties we serve are Contra Costa, Orange, and Fresno. We formed SOS Equity Solutions for our business of assisting homeowners in distress in 2007. We initially began the firm with the aim of helping homeowners perform Short Sales since the real estate market in California has been depressed, and would not allow homeowners to sell their homes for the current market value.
