In 1986, Walter D. Soto established Soto Construction Company. SCC. As a civil engineering construction group. With its experienced and professional staff, Soto Construction regularly supplies Constructability Review and Pre-Solicitation Services to its governmental customers. In 2007, Walter Soto expanded the array of SCCs services to include Heavy Equipment Operating Training. As a licensed and privately held General Contracting and Consulting Corporation situated in Southern Arizona, our aim for the 21st century is to expand our List of Services.
