David R. Spivey has been buying, selling and appraising old maps, rare books and fine art since 1978. Through the years, Spivey's has expanded to be the biggest old map, print and book dealer in the Midwest. Spivey's moved to 825 Westport Road in 1990 and expanded into the neighboring building in 1994. We currently have five floors of maps, prints, fine art and books. Our building dates to 1910 and sits on the old Santa Fe trail in historic Westport. Established in 1832, Westport became part of Kansas City, Missouri.
