Sportz Quest

The Sportz Quest goal is to play a positive role in the development of active lifestyles among young people. Our team is instrumental in making this goal a reality. All Sportz Quest programs are directed by Rachel Foster, a licensed athletic trainer and certified strength & conditioning specialist. Her education background includes a Master of Science in Kinesiology. Lesson plans are developed located on the participant's age and ability level. It is our team of energetic coaches, with sound instruction and constant encouragement, that delivers the creative content of each week's lesson plan.
