Spring Meadows Health Care has been serving seniors in Montgomery County for over twenty years. With our focused, domestic rehab therapies, patients recover faster and return to independent living with more confidence. Home therapies and visits to traditional rehab centers can't match the effectiveness or convenience of our rehab program. We encourage our resident's involvement in activities at Spring Meadows.
