St Lukes Episcopal Church

Preschool in Baton Rouge, LA
Preschool in Baton Rouge, LA As head of school of St. Luke's, I have the pleasure of working with 360 students, more than thirty talented faculty and team, and 100's of involved parents. We enjoy the opportunity of working with kids from Pre-K through 8th grade in a neighborhood school environment. In spite of the changes that have taken place since its founding in 1957, St. Luke's maintains many of the defining characteristics that made it the school of choice for many Baton Rouge families 50 years ago. Our school operates very much like a loving family.

Our busy campus, with its graceful mixture of old and new buildings and beautiful trees and flowers, provides the ideal setting for learning and discovery. The atmosphere at St. Luke's is warm and friendly because we believe when students feel secure and accepted, there is no limit to what they can achieve. The early school years set the stage for a child's lifelong love of learning, and our small class sizes allow teachers to quickly recognize each child's special gifts and needs.
