I was very impressed with Adam. He was timely and what I loved was I didn't feel Like I was getting "Nickled and dimes" with trying to sell me extra cleaning services The carpet was stained in areas after a renter of six years and everything looks spotless. Will definitely use Steve's carpet Cleaning services again. Reasonably priced and professionally cleaned.

The people with Steve's Carpet Care are always very helpful and professional. From the time I call to schedule my service until the guys are leaving my house after cleaning my carpets and upholstery they're great! Always on time, very polite and considerate and they're nice to my dog too! Also, the work they do is fantastic. They left my house today and it looks like my furniture is brand new and my area rug and carpets look amazing!

We hired Steves's Carpet Cleaning with little notice. We were scheduled graciously with a time optimal to our business's hours of operation. Office staff were amazing. The service was nothing short of outstanding. What a transformation! The crew was on time and communicated well. They handled the whole event professionally. Great experience with Steve's after some minor finished basement flooding. They were able to come out very quickly, cleaned and dried out soaked carpet, drywall. Can't smell anything, and carpet looks good as new! Definitely recommend their service

The gentlemen from Steve's showed up on time and were friendly but still professional. They answered all our questions and then got started immediately on the job. It took about an hour to have the carpeting in our condo cleaned. We were able to open all the windows so that the carpets dried in about 8 hours. You could walk on the carpeting immediately after cleaning but we waited until the carpets were totally dry before putting back all the furniture etc in each room. I would definitely recommend Steve's Carpet Cleaning and would use them again in the future.

Nate and his partner arrived right on time. He listened to the problems we were having with the stretching of the carpet. He fixed all the areas and they looked great! In addition, they cleaned the carpet and the stairs, and it looks super! We are very pleased with their service!

I needed my carpet stretched and the Steve's people did an excellent job. What really stood out for me was not only the quality of the job, but the concern and care the Steve's employees showed me with regard to my desires and expectations about the job. They did their very best to fit the carpet to match up to the carpet's design. They worked very hard and I know they wanted to leave me happy - and they did.

They did a great job! This job was for a child care center and the carpet was quite dirty in this large entry room (tons of foot traffic everyday). They were courteous and did the job very well, the carpet looks great! We will use Steve's Carpet Care again!
