Jake from Steve's plumbing did a great job of helping us repair a faulty air conditioning unit in our condominium in Kona. We had tenants in the unit at the time that the air conditioner failed, and Jake was able to work with me remotely to identify the best new product for our situation, and then install it without any disruption to the tenants. We are now part of the Steve's Ohana and enjoy the benefits of regular service visits from Jake.

We ended up using a new Bosch air conditioner and are extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely call and Steve's for any additional plumbing or air conditioning needs at our unit. And I would also ask for Jake to be our technician. He's very personable, trustworthy, and easy to deal with.

Randy Aquino was our chief technician. He obviously has tens of years of experience. He was prompt, hard-working, friendly, neat, and very professional. If I need a plumber in the future I'll ask for him. He clearly knows exactly what he's doing. His assistant Makena is learning lots about both the work and about public relations. Thank you to Richard from Steve's Plumbing and A/C service for servicing our AC unit. It started leaking water on Thursday night, made an appointment online on Friday and got a call from their office. We were able to get our unit serviced on Monday. Richard was extremely informative and efficient. He gave us options for pricing. We were mostly concerned with the unit that was leaking, but he was able to clean the drain and service the other two units for a decent rate.

He also gave us maintenance tips for us to keep our ACs running well in between service appointments. Mahalo to Richard and Steve's Plumbing for helping us with all of our ACs, especially our leaking AC unit!

Matt is very knowledgable and professional! The owner's of Steve's have a valuable employee in Matt and I encourage them to give Matt a 'route' close to his home so he can stop driving 4 or more hours everyday to get to work and home again. Also, I don't know how much he makes per hour, but give him a raise - he's so deserving! Leon and Nathan did an incredible job! They helped dislodge a piece of wood that got in the toilet outflow pipes after a renovation. They were courteous, professional, honest and tried everything to avoid having to cut open our brand new tiled floors. Highly recommend them! Service: Drain cleaning

I was just looking for an estimate on replacing a shower surround. Turns out it's not in my budget, but Jamie and the office staff were so professional, communicated every step of the way. When Jamie came he had his mask on, laid a rug at the front door and put floor protectors over his shoes! Very impressed with that level of professionalism!
