Since then, they have successfully completed seven historic renovation/Section 42 properties, eight new construction Section 42 properties, an office/retail building, as well as several consulting projects. The 1st Stone House property to be completed was the School House Apartments in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Upon completion, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and received a Certificate of Commendation from the State Historical Society of Wisconsin.
