A new facility is provided in Salem that includes retail sales, local delivery service and local filling stations. Designed as a pre-engineered metal building, the exterior was designed to match their other locations but also meet Salem's design overlay. A large lot provides for gas tank storage and vehicular parking. Expanding on an existing pre-engineered metal building, Kaufman Masonry needed additional warehouse and office area.
