This last time, I ordered a wedding anniversary arrangement, as usual everything they always provide was great, however the person that took my order on the phone did not show the same consistency on customer service as before.
It almost made me feel that I was bothering her by calling and placing an order or that they were super busy to accommodate another order.
Anyway, I had to pick up the arrangement because my order was around the holidays and everywhere were booked out.
As a person being in retail for several years, when answering the phone always smile and if you have to sight or not feeling yourself put the customer on hold briefly or simply don't answer the phone.

Other than that, my wife is still enjoying her flower arrangement.

read moreI walked in to order flowers for my friend who was in the hospital and she loves blue; they absolutely made the most beautiful bouquet in a Blue Vase, blue bow, blue hydrangeas and it even had blue orchids. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! The white roses smelled amazing... they did a fantastic job!

read moreI live in New York but my in-laws live in Cape Coral, Florida... whenever I would send them flowers for the various holidays I would always try to call a local florist instead of going through a chain like Tele floral Thinking I would get a better product dealing directly with the local business. Unfortunately that wasnt the case... over the years Ive tried many florists in that area some of them were OK, some of them were not OK and some were horrible!!! Most of the time when my mother-in-law sent me a photo of what had arrived I was disappointed. It either didnt look as we had discussed on the phone or didnt look worth the money I paid. And then I found SuEllens florist. I have used only her since!!! Her arrangements are incredibly beautiful and unique...The flowers are fresh and last Not only does my mother-in-law love them but her friends come over to see them because theyre that beautiful Im so thankful I found them and I will never use another florist in that area again but SuEllens!

Every order has been very specific to my wants, needs, and themes that I expressed. Make no mistake, I am KNOWN for my flowers. This is largely due to my great respect and trust that has developed between not only her personally, but also my complete trust in SuEllen's staff''s ability to always listen well and then create my vision. I just recently placed a large order with several large vases with various bouquets for a memorial service for my mother in law who recently passed. Instead of the normal easels of flowers that cascade and are generally impractical for anyone to take home, or quite frankly even enjoy and only seem to be put aside and then they go in the in the can, I asked for lovely high end arrangements in vases that could be taken home by her most beloved friends. She really came through as she knows that i always prefer floral arrangements that continue to bloom through out the week and bring even more beauty and complexity to the arrangements. To say I was stunned when they arrived and saw them in the sunlight is an understatement. Once again, So much care and talent clearly displayed the pride they take in their work no matter for grief of loosing a loved one,celebrating the joy of a new addition to your family, or even a holiday greeting such as the beginning of fall, or even Christmas tidings. As a long time customer, I highly recommend this local business. And as stated before, I am known for my flowers. You should be too..... She is a kind warm and genuine person, plus her obvious hand picked staff are all remarkable people. I been in Cape Coral now for almost 15 years and so has Sue Ellen's floral company, in fact I heard she's been Part of the community for 30 years. If you are wondering which floral company to use, either locally or FTD, I strongly suggest you call Sue Ellen!
