The Company erected many landmark structures in Gary, including Saint Mark's Church, Lew Wallace High School, the Virginia Hotel, and the Memorial Auditorium. In addition, many post offices across the Midwest were constructed, most notably one in Rockford, Illinois. In the post World War II boom years, Superior Construction grew considerably, adding a concrete material division (Superior Redi-Mix Concrete)
