Surprises By LJB was established in 1999 by three sisters: Lisa, Julie, and Brenda. We started serving the Sioux Falls area as a home-based mobile event/party planning and decorating business. As our business grew, we opened storefront in Harrisburg, South Dakota in 2004. As of July 10, 2006, we relocated to eighth & RR Center in Downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Professional or Amateur?
