read moreIn light of their incredible growth, YES Prep Public Schools approached us to design a new website. So we began with R&D-conducting in-depth interviews with their teachers, parents, administrators, third graders, high school seniors and even architects to fully understand the school's challenges. Turns out, the website was only part of it. Having visited their many campuses to experience YES Prep's culture first hand, we discovered that despite strong leadership, great student results and widespread community support, they lacked a cohesive brand to share their story.

read moreInformed by extensive research and discovery, we developed a new identity built on hand-illustrated icons and typefaces that embody the distinct craftsmanship and unique character that sets Dziuk's apart. In addition to directing and designing all the elements of their new build-out (including interior and exterior signage), we took to the walls and windows alongside sign-painter Sean Starr to bring it all home. In case you can't experience Dziuk's in person, we also designed and developed a custom E-commerce website.

So to navigate this exciting chapter, Walter P Moore asked us to help galvanize its employees under a unifying brand and messaging system. We got down and dirty to learn more about the brand's foundation, engaging each office and interviewing everyone we could justify. With this insight, we crafted an overarching messaging platform ("Driven by the Challenge") to distill and establish the firm's vision.

Following an immersive R&D session to better comprehend the quality and character of their work, we created a robust, editorial-style annual report designed to illustrate the dynamic nature of the human mind and Menninger's efforts to better understand it.
