Andrew W. came by to perform an electrical safety inspection. Was very thorough and provided some good insight on a few miscellaneous issues with our switches and keeping up to code. Will definitely come back to them with other electrical problems.

I chose to do business with Taylor due to being a local family owned and operated business, only to find out they are owned and controlled by some big company somewhere. Josh and Ty showed up right on time. They were great at explaining everything they planned to do. They ran into some unforeseen issues, explained what they were and assured me the job would be done correctly. Jonah was pleasant and knowledgeable. Shared all his findings, was very informative on the causes and meanings of the findings. No surprises, no upselling. Actually arrived early for appointment after contacting us for permission. Taylor did not install our furnace but they did install our AC 3 years ago, which was also a good experience. This visit was maintenance on both.

I had an early morning electrical emergency. Taylor was so responsive. They sent someone out right away, assessed the issue, and said they would prioriting the repairs (power out). Taylor Heating was a great company to work with! All the way from our first meeting with Donny and talking about all our options and what the biggest bang for our buck would be. Then having David and Brandon come and do the installation and walking us through the set up and care instructions. Taylor Heating is a top notch company with great team members! I would recommend them to everyone!

Chad did an excellent job diagnosing the problem in my electric furnace. He thoroughly checked everything out and recommended replacing 3 new thermal strips and a sequencer in my furnace to get it back to functioning at 100%. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to me so I could understand how a furnace operates. He gave me prices on heating options such as a heat pump or a new furnace. Again Chad did an excellent job today.

Explained everything so we knew what will be done, tear down & installation in a easy to understand. Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful. The next day when tearing down and installing was done very professionally. Everything explained as they were working in a easy to understandable. They left area cleaner than when they arrived, very pleased! My only complaint would be instructions for thermostat were not in English, although was in many other languages, which of course we could not decifer.

We had a leaking water tank issue. Sean Smith is the technician that came out to find the problem. We were concerned the water tank may have needed replacement since it was leaking from the bottom and I didn't see any other signs of leakage. I had turned off the water and the leakage stopped. Sean immediately noticed the cause of the leakage once he turned on the water.

He then replaced the fitting that was leaking and serviced the water heater to make sure there were no other issues. His approach is very friendly, professional, and he answered all the questions I presented to him. He clarified why the leakage appeared on the bottom which gave me a clear picture of why it did come out the bottom. Great company, they also installed our furnace in the past, very happy with this organization.

My husband and I had a really good experience with Taylors. From the estimate to the install service was amazing. Taylor heating and air conditioning was a godsend! Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called a different outfit that said they couldn't be out till the next week and the price just for showing up to diagnose would be $190.00 plus tax. I knew we couldn't wait that long as I was trying to get my 92 year old mother out of her condo and into out cooled home.

So I called Taylor after seeing their ad for $59 to diagnose and could come the next day! Wow! I was so thankful! They were so nice and professional from the gal I spoke to on the phone to Brandon who came and did the work. Brandon was so nice and was so good about explaining everything to us. In no time he had us up and running! Such a great company and family owned. I will for sure do all my business with them from now on!

Very friendly staff when I called to schedule an appointment and the technician was very knowledgeable about my furnace and AC unit. He explained everything he was doing and what the readings meant. An amazing experience from the start with Nar to the installation team led by David and Michael. I could not be more happy. Another great experience with David and Michael today. Absolutely fantastic. Yesterday the final part of the new install was complete with a cleaning of our ducts and the team they sent were great. I am so impressed with Taylor and their work that I am now going to ask them about electrical work needing to be done at our home.

Very awesome customer service and support from the very beginning. Was expecting a long time for scheduling being the beginning of summer but only waited a week and a half for installation because of my schedule. Complete new furnace, heat pump and circuit wiring installed from nothing but the furnace before. Guys were great to talk with through out the day, even had to call reinforcements in to make sure everything was working correctly and running great in one day.

It was a lot of work with even some custom ductwork they formed right in the front driveway, not leaving to come back later. The house feels amazing now. I almost went with another contractor off recommendations from a friend, but will only recommend Taylor to anyone I talk to from now on. Great team to have around.

Chad was instrumental in getting AC installed in our home. He provided detailed information on what options were available and an estimate of the work to be done. Two days later, Joey and Sean, along with their helpers, were here to install our new system. The installation was flawless. We are now happily enjoying our new AC system!

I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Then with both the person who came to give the estimate and the team that did the work were kind, courteous and responsive to my concerns. In the end they came up with a solution that minimized any additional concerns. I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone needing electric repair done.

My entire experience with Taylor Heating & Air has been fantastic. From the person that came out to give me the estimate, to the office people in getting my install scheduled and assisted with financing to the Tech today that did the install (thank you Joey). This company provides the best customer service and do what they promise. We bought a furnace from them in 2018 and came back when we needed a new A/C. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Donny was extremely professional and had great communication even before making it to the appointment time we were given by the office. He reached out to get a better understanding of what system we had and sent me pictures to help me identify specific things prior to him arriving. He communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. Found our problem quickly and got parts ordered and a follow up call scheduled for the next day. He was easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth by being so proactive.

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company. Update.

We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people's time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner. After installation, Josh explained what work was done and how to manage the system. Just to add, I got a better deal with this company than what pacific heating and cooling was offering for the same exact product. Good company to work with.

Took out several bids to install central air conditioning at our home. Sales person was not pushy and very professional. Bid came in at a great value, scheduled installation quickly, and the technicians were done within 4 hours. Great experience, highly recommend. Service:Installation

4/25/2023 The electrical inspection this morning with Ryan Youngs was great! I was able to confirm the details needed on my electrical panel for the ac install later this week along with other questions I had for future plans for the house.
