The Recording Library of West Texas supplies audio recordings to enrich the lives of people who cannot access the printed word. 1998 figures from the Texas Commission for the Blind indicate there are 11, 000 visually impaired residents in the Permian Basin region. We produce materials for customers of any age, religious affiliation, or ethnicity. They each have an exceptional story. The common denominator among them is an impairment that restricts their capability to read print material.
