read moreTeam TEC, in conjunction with the Barton Malow Company, joined 25 teams and 100+ registered walkers to raise funds and awareness for heart disease through the American Heart Association's Annual Heart Walk that was held on the WSU Campus in Detroit, Michigan. Donations are still rolling in through this week, but the Barton Malow Company Teams have raised over $77,000 to date for the cause. Thank you to all the volunteers that showed up, displayed their Team spirit and made us proud. A special shout out to JoHanna Banicki for all your efforts in organizing this great event for TEC.

He was born in Detroit to the late Anastasia and John Banicki, Sr. Mr. Banicki is survived by his wife of 48 years, Katherine, four children, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Adele Andrews. John Banicki, PE, was the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Testing Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (TEC) made many contributions to the engineering community.
