Chiropractic is built on the understanding that our bodies are in a continuous state of healing. This healing is directed by the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) This is the focus of the Chiropractor; to make sure the communication is open from the brain to the body and from the body back to the brain. We detect spine subluxations which can hinder these communications. Chiropractic is a drugless profession. Drugs can sometimes cover symptoms and mask the problem so the patient feels nice.
