I contacted The Bee and they respond first thing the next morning. They were at my door an hour later. Obed came and installed my thermostat and he was awesome, very respectful and professional. Unfortunately later that day my AC started acting up. (No fault of the bee it was just the unit itself.) It was later in the evening so we did have to wait for the next day, but even then they came as soon as they could. Fixed the issue and everything was back up and running! I greatly appreciate Obed and the team and highly recommend!

Very friendly when scheduling our first appointment, which was necessary because our AC failed the night before we departed on a trip! They happily scheduled a tech to fix it the morning after our return, on a Sunday! Extremely well organized and informative, from seeing a photo of the tech who was coming to our door to getting text updates prior to his arrival and lots of written and photo documentation afterwards.

Their professionalism is through the roof -- we happily signed up for regular maintenance with them because they totally exceeded expectations (as well as our prior experiences with HVAC folks in other locations). We only wish we could give them MORE stars!

Our technician was Julian Dereyes. This guy is a pro all the way! On time, friendly, professional, and super good at his job. Our repair was one that I never could have fixed myself. It seemed like a piece of cake for Julian. I would highly recommend The Bee Service:A/C system repair

Our furnace/AC blower died in the middle of a 99 degree day. Danny came out and diagnosed (it was 17 years old and needed to be replaced) and had a new one up and running by the next afternoon! He was great to work with! Services:Repair HVAC, Install AC

Orlando arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part, so he left and returned immediately to finalize repairs. He also gave me excellent insight into how my unit works, the role and source of the water supplies to my system, and things I can do to make sure the system operates correctly. We ended up getting new air conditioner, furnace and tankless water heater a couple of years ago from The Bee. We appreciated that they were honest with us and told us we didn't have to replace right away. Appreciated no hard sell. It was affordable and work was done in a very timely manner. Very nice and professional from office to technicians.

Their technician root caused the issue and repair my A/C within 1 hour with reasonable cost while another company told me it can't be fixed but only can replace the entire HVAC system. Great and honest HVAC professional that I can trust and definitely will retain them for my next project.

This company was very prompt in responding to my furnace concerns. They fixed the furnace issue quickly. I thought my furnace would have to be replaced. The service tech Adrian said it did not need replacing. I appreciate the honesty. With heavy snowstorm on the way, I was relived to have it fixed.

We had our old boiler replaced and some baseboard heat piping replaced by Adrian at The Bee. They were timely and very affordable. Howard (owner) was happy to work with me on any issues i had, including an issue i had which had nothing to do with his work. He came out free of charge, diagnosed and fixed my issue. Everyone here is honest and forthright. I did not have service people trying to up-sell me. The did my heater check and service in the late fall. They told me what they were doing and the service was top notch. Prices are very reasonable. When it's time to get my AC checked out for summer this is who I will call!

He was steadfast and made sure the job was done. He cleaned up after himself too. I know I went with the right company and that I did receive a very competitive price.

I had been quoted a much smaller unit from another company had doubts that it would do the job. Howard was straight forward with me and told me it wouldn't. Deep down I knew it wouldn't because I had researched it myself. If you have to question if something is right for you, it probably isn't.

The furnace stopped working and contacted Busy Bee Heat & A/C through Home Advisor. I was called back within 10 minutes (about 4:45 PM on a friday). The Technician arrived 30 minutes early (6:30PM), fixed the problem within 30 minutes, charged a reasonable fee (no weekend or call out fee!). EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We purchased a new home and needed an A/C unit installed. We decided to go with Busy Bee and we are so glad that we did. They arrived as promised and provided above and beyond service. They found a leak in the line and waited until we could have the home builder come out to repair that before they could continue with their services. We would highly recommend Busy Bee for your HVAC services!

I just wanted to commend the terrific job this Company did! I had 3 Companies come out here and NO ONE resolved my problem. The Man who came out here was able to figure out that it was a simple clogged pipe that was freezing up my system! Went 2 summers without AC because of this stupid mistake! This Company is terrific! Extremely responsive & timely in all communications. Garett was always on time, & explained that initial AC repair to our old R22 unit only worked about 33% of the time. It didn't work, but that repair was fully credited toward a new unit. Competitive pricing saved us a lot of $$. We really appreciated the fact that there was no push to 'up sell' at all. All staff were friendly, polite, & professional. We will call Busy Bee when it's time to do any future HVAC work.

Getting my Summer place ready for a long trip in June. Didn't realize my air conditioning wasn't working as I haven't needed it. Needless to say I just wanted a simple solution free of hassle. Luckily this place fit that to a tee. Ask for Howard if you can. I was up and running again within a day. Friendly and no hassle not much more to ask for.
