Love Design House! Our project manager was Jeff McCollum - he is very experienced, great follow thru and treats your project as if it's his own. Communicated with me about everything! Kelsey Adams was our designer and she has great ideas and a great "eye" for what will look awesome in any area. We love how both the bathroom and kitchen turned out! Definitely a one stop shop - no need to play GC yourself. Highly recommend them!

The Design House did flooring and designed a structure to enclose my patio. They are great at what they do and I will refer them for and will use them for all my remodeling needs!

We hired them about a year ago and held off the review. They did our tile in the bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, fireplace. Along with doing the whole fireplace we also did all new carpet, backsplash. Would hire them again, they are quick to resolve any issues before, during, and after the projects along with correcting any bad spots after installing.

I like the quick installment and how nice the blinds look in my house. They were also able to work around my busy schedule, which I appreciated a lot. The blinds were affordable and they give a little more privacy in my house. I would definitely recommend them.

Terri was a pleasure to work with and the final product turned out perfect. Thanks for making things right.

Recently used The Design House to remodel a bathroom and install flooring in two bedrooms. Kelsey Tieken was our designer and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelsey was instrumental and professional in assisting us in the selection of materials and the entire design concept. Design is not our strong point and Kelsey's skills made up for our lack of design sense.

She made the process flow smoothly with fabulous results. Meagan Nelson handled all the scheduling and logistics expertly and was always available to resolve scheduling issues. All after the fact issues were handled promptly. The entire staff works as a cohesive unit. The Master bath project is next on the agenda.

The Design House just completed an entire house remodel for me. From taking out a wall to fresh paint and carpet. Terri was my sales rep and she's amazing. She guided me through the entire process and gave me great design ideas. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company for all your remodeling needs.

Design House and their staff are top notch. They renovated both bathrooms and took out two walls in the kitchen to make us have an open concept. It is amazing! We love all of it. We removed our garden tub to make a large shower with a bench.it is fabulous. I wish we would have done it years ago. Terri was our designer and she is the sweetest with great ideas.many I had not thought of. I would highly recommend her and Cindy. Lauren kept the schedule going. I appreciated her too. We would definitely use them again.

Terri was great to work with. We had our backsplash done in white subway tile. Their customer service was great when we had a few small issues pop up after installation. Terri called and came by our house to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

Sadly I trusted this company for a bathroon remodel. When you see the contractors wanting to do things the correct way and sales person wanting it different you end up with a mess. Shower doesn't drain correctly, ripples in paint, small holes not filled in before paint. A big mistake was to pay in full before job was completed. I will not refer or use this conpany ever again.

I HIGHLY recommend Carpets Plus and working with Cindy specifically. She captured my vision, made the process incredibly easy, and stayed on budget. In less than two months my entire house was renovated. Thank you Cindy!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Carpet Plus and our designer Cindy. We remodeled our master bath and it was just completed yesterday. Every aspect from the consultation, to timetable, materials selection, installation and customer service were TOP NOTCH! Not only did Cindy manage the project from start to finish, she insured we were aware and kept in the loop on every step.

The expertise and superb craftsmanship of our cabinet maker, tile installation team, plumbers and electricians were second to NONE! They provided a realistic time table, then underpromised and over delivered, completing our remodel in under the quoted time. AMAZING! It was such a wonderful experience! Our new vinyl floors look just like wood and they did an exceptional job installing them. We recently had our kitchen completely remodeled by Carpets Plus. I have never experienced a smoother project. Everything, from the start to finish was as promised. The salesperson we dealt with was Cindy, and she is good. She helped us decide, and pointed us away from things we might later regret. The end product was an awesome kitchen/breakfast nook.

The installers were very polite, and professional. They cleaned up everyday, and took the time to answer questions along the way. We are in the process of deciding to replace all of our carpet. We had such a great experience with Carpets Plus. It goes without saying that they will be the ones doing any work for us in the future./ update : We just did a complete home remodel with Cindy at carpets plus and everything went perfectly smooth. From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a more professional and smooth experience.

Would definitely recommend Carpets Plus for any remodel project, large or small. We had new flooring, granite countertops, cabinet refinishing, stone backsplash installed. They even lowered our bar top and built a cabinet for our utility room. They have an extensive selection of products and Cindy Platt did a wonderful job of helping us with our choices to get the look we desired.

She also did a great job of communicating with us on a daily basis. Our project stayed on schedule and the installers were professional, on time and cleaned up well. It was so nice to have one company handling the whole process, we are very pleased with the results!

We've used Carpet's Plus for remodeling our business, home, and a rental house. They consulted, designed and coordinated every aspect. They are a team of professionals who provide a tremendous value for the money.

We did a kitchen update with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, cabinet refinish and a stacked stone backsplash. Our family room, breakfast area and master bedroom received new plantation shutters. The kitchen and other rooms got a fresh coat of paint to finish the project. Cindy did an excellent job of helping us select all the new materials and colors. We also were very pleased with the numerous subcontractors.

Kellie Restivo was our fabulous designer and we couldn't be happier with her fresh, modern ideas for our rather dated looking kitchen. From start to finish the entire kitchen renovation moved like clockwork. It was a big job as we had lots of old-fashioned wallpaper and border to remove. The walls needed to be texturized and painted. We opted to keep our old oak cupboards and Kellie suggested painting them a creamy white.

They were badly scraped and dented as they were 20 years old. The sanding and painting crew were so meticulous. The drawers and cupboards were sanded down and painted both inside and out. This took 3 full days but all the tiny nicks and flaws were gone! We decided to go with Kellie's suggestion of painting our island the same sea salt color as the walls and it was a perfect subtle choice.

The countertops were just gorgeous! We decided to do a combo of recycled glass and quartz. The glass tops were rather busy so it made sense to do a bit of both. Again, kudos to Kellie for her spot on suggestions. When our friends walk in they cannot believe that this is the same kitchen! It is light, bright, airy, elegant and looks larger somehow.

My husband and I are thrilled with the results. The whole job was executed flawlessly by a well-oiled dream team of true Craftmen! We are so proud of this room and look forward to using Carpets Plus for our Master bath and several rooms of flooring in the years to come. We used Carpets Plus twice.once to install floors at our home for sale and the other when we moved into our new home. The floors helped sell the old home sell in less than a week.almost made us want to stay. But it only got better. Cindy helped us with the design of the upgrades in our newly purchased home. She helped with colors and styling and then installation turned out fantastic! It would be hard to use anyone else to make home improvements because we were so happy with both of our previous experiences!

What a wonderful company to do business with. My total kitchen remodel and floors in my 3 bathrooms are gorgeous thanks to Susan Liebler. Ramiro was fantastic following up with the work in progress. Hector did an incredible job with the stone floors. I can't tell you how thrilled I am about my new kitchen and floors. I would highly recommend Carpets Plus to all my friends and family!

This is our second time to use Carpets Plus for a remodel project. This time it was for a total master bath remodel. Susan Liebler was our project manager. From the design process to installation Susan was so helpful and involved in every step of the process. Everything was done on schedule and very professional. It is so nice to work with one person and have one location to choose all the products. I would definitely use Carpets Plus again.

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Call and ask for Susan! We recently did a complete kitchen remodel and all new floors in our house. The customer service was outstanding. Susan called us daily and kept us in the loop with all processes and who to expect when. When I had questions, she was quick to answer my calls or returned calls promptly. For such a large demolition inside my house, I could not have had it gone any smoother.

From the very beginning spending several hours over a couple trips to their showroom picking out colors and materials, to the end product, Susan was exceptionally patient with us. She is a great designer with great ideas and kept us within our budget. The workmanship is flawless. Thank you Susan for making us feel like we were your only customer.

My husband and I just completed our first remodeling project, and Carpets Plus helped make this a very enjoyable experience! We had our kitchen, master bathroom, fireplace, and foyer updated. From first walking into Carpets Plus to job completion, Cindy Platt made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise and recommendations were crucial in transforming our home.

She set realistic expectations, and communicated with us on a regular basis. The crew was great as well. Since my husband and I work from home (with our two dogs) we saw them daily. We applaud Susan Liebler for being attentive to detail and working closely with us throughout the selection process. Our project was of decent size and required flooring, kitchen overhaul, bathroom overhaul, and media room creation. The not so pleasant twist on this review is in a turn of events we decided to go with a new build. Susan was as professional with receiving this news as she was through the complete process of selecting all the items we needed for our remodel.

I have coordinated projects for many years and while we did not complete the process with Susan, I highly recommend her. If the time we spent with her through the first part of the selection process was any reflection of what was to come, I know it would have been a pleasure to continue working with her vision of determination, commitment, and dedication towards delivering a product we would have been extremely happy with. We had an excellent experience with Carpets Plus. We remodeled our kitchen and master bath and added wood floors to our home. We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done and the timeliness of its completion. Cindy Platt was our consultant throughout the process. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and we are glad she was part of the team. We would highly recommend using Carpets Plus for any remodeling needs. Ask for Cindy, you will not be disappointed.

They haven't done any work yet but I think they are very friendly and courteous.

I came in with a sample of carpet from my living room. I wanted to match it. Susan was able to help me very quickly. She also went over the selections of granite. I came in the next day with a cabinet door and tile sample from my kitchen. Susan provided me with several samples to take home to decide on. She came later that week to measure for the carpet and counter tops.

She provided me a reasonably comparable quote for both. We scheduled the installation. Granite installers came and did the templates for the counter tops. Later that next week, Susan called about the granite I chose. They did not have enough for the project. She invited me to see the current inventory with the appropriate amount. I found a better one and she honored the previous quote. Susan scheduled the projects on consecutive days.

They did the granite first. The guys that came kept a close eye on minimizing damage to the cabinets and walls. They did a great job and completed the job the same day. The next day was the carpet installation. I would have to say the installers were quick and very professional. I am very impressed with the quality of work and the level of detail and customer service. Thank you Susan and installers there at CARPETS PLUS Flooring, Design and Renovation in Denton Texas.

We've recently done a complete home remodeling project. Thanks to the great tile flooring services/products of Carpets Plus Design Flooring, our job was accomplished on time and with white glove service. Our bath tile is gorgeous, the carpet feels and looks great, and the wood foyer is the first beautiful area our visitors see as they enter our home.

We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and product. Installers were polite, clean, and trustworthy. The price was right!
