read moreNo bugs or other pests whatsoever yet and no issues with noise around us. Internet is also great so that is a big plus, and because I live in an interior room I have never heard noise from a train or cars despite being right next to a busy train track and a main road. Only complaint is that its a bit hot in the rooms but that's the case pretty much anywhere in this city this time of year so fans are a must in the loft areas especially. All around a great living experience so far. We can hear the neighbors really well next-door, somewhat, but mostly from the unit above us, but otherwise a great apartment.
