The Yoga Place

Our major interest is to promote a safe and comfortable practice for everybody. We provide many styles of yoga which can be suitable for different levels. If you are not sure which class will be appropriate for your requirements, talk to an instructor. The beauty of this practice is how we learn to listen to our own body, and respect it. Yoga is a never-ending learning practice. At The Yoga Place we encourage students to always deepen their own way, but we remind them that it takes patience to immerse into a stronger, well-built yoga discipline.
