Closed cell Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (ccSPF) is comprised of two liquid components: Part A, the isocyanate, and Part B, the resin. These two components are heated, pressurized and delivered through heated hoses to a specialized spray gun that mixes the components in a one to one ratio. When spray applied, this mixture will adhere to almost any surface and immediately expands to between 20 and 30 times its original thickness filling all openings forming a seamless, air tight, moisture proof, high R-value barrier.

Maybe we "pair" our counties (urban/ rural), so we have 4 independent data sources - blockchain style: national, state, and two counties. Maybe Berks, Lancaster, and York counties each double-check parts of Philadelphia county and vice versa.
