Since its inception in 1990, Thomas Development Co. Headquartered in Boise, has expanded to be one of Idaho's leading multi-family real estate developers and investment managers. Under the direction of owner Thomas C. Mannschreck, the firm specializes in market-rate apartments, tax credit apartments, assisted-living facilities, townhomes, and suburban professional office buildings. Since our 1st project, a 12-unit apartment complex, Thomas Development has built or developed more than 2, 600 apartment units with a value of over $165 million.
