First prime it, then base coat, then apply not one but two top coats of gold of the highest quality gold paint available. We also did the pxrep, prime and painting out entire room in preparation for all this trim work. By doing both parts we ensure the very highest quality final result for both trim and room. read moreThe homeowner wanted to change the architectural feel of his home using color. He hired a designer to make the color suggestions. It was money well spent and having the colors presented to us actually makes our job easier. The home was originally dusty, weathered beige and had new white framed windows installed so it was time to paint. We primed the new stucco around the window openings so that the surface was ready for the final top coat of paint. Once the walls were completely painted we moved on to painting the trim, the patio cover and garage door.

read moreAs part of this project we disassembled a large two-level, complex patio cover in order to paint behind it. The patio cover was metal and was sanded, primed and painted using special paints for metal. We were thankful that the weather cooperated with NO winds. Before we sanded, primed and painted the main house we power washed the entire building, we did stucco repair as needed and filled and sanded to repair the eaves. The home owner took the time to buy and apply paint samples to make sure that they were happy with the final color choice.

read moreWe did an exterior repaint to this Mid-century modern home in Long Beach near Bellflower and Atherton. Before painting this home we did extensive restucco of water-damaged areas of the walls as well as filling, priming and painting the fascia boards. The orange door as a contrast was the clients idea and looks great. The former color of the house was blue and did not work nearly as well as the palette of gray colored paint that they chose. There seems to be a real trend in fixing these Mid-Century homes up and decorating them with Mid-Century Modern furniture as well.
