Established in 1999, Tiburon Design. Is a complete-service advertising, marketing and communications agency headquartered in Torrance, CA. Having worked in the advertising and creative design field since 1986, President and CEO Gary Evans recognized a gap in the marketplace. The product and service offerings of medium and tiny-sized advertising agencies did not meet the criteria of being a holistic supplier of creative and strategic marketing services.
