Toledo Defense Training teaches a modern and practical style of self-defense designed to prepare students, both mentally and physically, for violent confrontation. Training is constantly evolving and without rules or limitations. A typical class involves intense physical activity (combative training) combined with reality based attack and response scenarios. Unlike traditional martial arts schools there is no kata or form exercise. Each class is structured to simulate real life situations and firmly establish techniques for rapid recall.
