Topeka Ear, Nose and Throat started as a series of trips between Las Vegas and Topeka. At that time everyone thought it backwards to visit Topeka from our home in Las Vegas. I was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base as the Chief of Otolaryngology. However, we wanted to be located closer to our families in Topeka and Kansas City. Topeka seemed the sensible choice to relocate and create a new practice. The founded otolaryngologists at that time were in their late 50's and early 60's.

Dr. Michael Franklin is a founding partner of Topeka Ear, Nose & Throat. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas and his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center with a specialty in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery.
