The commercial unit is expensive, but the air coolness is great for a swamp cooler. Plus it empties and refills with clean water every day. You can feel and smell the freshness.

The initial salesman was very knowledgeble and personable. The installers were incredibly unintrusive. Three men spent two days in my home with very little disruption. John came out same day and within an hour or so the heat was running nice and hot. The weather was so cold outside as he worked but he still came inside with a smile. They took care of my in laws, and we're so patient with them and with all the questions they had. They replaced my in laws cooler added upduxs which is an amazing addition to their house it keeps them nice and cool all day (without the fighting of opening the doors and windows.) They were so kind, and even cleaned up after themselves. Before and after pictures.

We took bids from three different local companies before settling with Total Comfort solutions. Total Comfort was the last bid. The representative of the first company (company 1) was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us on HVAC systems. He also gave us his best recommendations for the house. The representative was patient, kind and genuine. However, the price for the installation of the unit we thought most ideal for our application was really high.

The representative of the second company came and went without saying too much but his price was the lowest. However he did not elaborate or promised to do anything other than installing a unit (by that time I understood that installing a unit involved quite a bit more work) Then came John at Total Comfort Solutions. Just like the representative of the first company he was very thorough and professional in his explanations and what he was committed to do in terms of all the side work that comes with installing a HVAC unit.

His price for the installation of the most ideal unit (which, by the way, had almost all the same specifications as company 1's unit) came to about $4200 less than company 1's quote. The choice for us was obvious. John and his crew were careful not to make things messier than needed and he was also respectful of our privacy. On top of that, we got a box of free filters and carbon monoxide detectors all throughout the house. One week into the install and we are quite satisfied with our choice. I will do a long term review in a year or two.

I highly recommend this company. I was completely satisfied from the moment I called to make an appointment until the moment the service was completed. The repairman was efficient, courteous and adhered to all of the Covid-19 safety precautions. He answered all my concerns and gave me tips on how to do self-maintenance. This company is awesome. Professional over the phone. They send out texts to alert you when they are on their way. John and Donovan came out to inspect the a/c and heater unit on my roof. They were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me, with pictures. Will be setting up scheduled maintenance with them.

I only had a short window available for service. They were able to fit me in. I was concerned the entire heater would have to be replaced. John fixed it and was able to make sure the heater was operating safely even though it is very old.
