She has been a post-doctoral fellow in Developmental Psycholinguistics at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and holds the Ph. D. And M. A. Degrees in Speech Pathology from the University of Iowa along with a B. S. Degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Speech Therapy
read moreTSS provides speech therapy services to individuals, institutions, and businesses. We specialize in providing early childhood speech and language development services, stuttering prevention and treatment services, and accent modification instruction. TSS also provides second opinion evaluations. Evaluations and therapy are conducted at your home, organization, or office. Staff also are available to work as temporary staff at hospitals, nursing facilities, schools, and early childhood programs. All TSS's staff are licensed to practice speech pathology in the State of Wisconsin and have received the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Sign Language Interpreting
read moreTSS provides an experienced, caring staff of hearing and deaf interpreters for medical, mental health, legal, business, classroom, conference, workshop, worship, entertainment, recreational, and personal needs. All are credentialed. Approximately 75% are nationally certified through RID (The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf), having earned the CT, CI, IC/TC, CSC, CLIP, or CDI-P and/or NAD (National Association of the Deaf), having earned Level IV (where Level V is the top). The remainder are credentialed by the State of Wisconsin (WITA) and have scored "1" and/or "2".
CART Real-Time Stenocaptioning
read moreCART (Communication Access Real-Time Translation)is a word-for-word, speech to text communication service that can benefit. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) recognizes CART as an assistive technology affording effective communication access. TSS offers this service to individuals, organizations, institutions, and businesses throughout the State of Wisconsin. TSS's stenocaptioners are nationally certified through the National Association of Court Reporters (NCRA). They utilize a stenotype machine, notebook computer, and real-time captioning software to display instant speech-to-text translation via a laptop computer, video monitor, multiple monitors, or other display units.
Spoken Language Interpreting
read moreAll staff sign a confidentiality statement. Most have earned college degrees. All of TSS's interpreters are fully insured through the company's professional liability and workers' compensation insurance policies. All have completed a background check through the Department of Justice of the State of Wisconsin. Interpreter services can be arranged throughout the State of Wisconsin 24 hours a day, every day, although weekend, evening, and legal holiday assignments are billed at a higher rate. Last minute calls are always accepted, and we will do our best to help!
