Unique Custom Pools

We started our project mid pandemic - We had heard horror stories about a few other companies that had issues with their subs that delayed projects for months on end. I began looking for a company that had in house staff so that we would hopefully not experience this same issue. While they have most employees in house, there are a few subs that they use but the delay was minimal.
Kevin designed our pool and kept it clean and simple with lots of green - exactly what I wanted. He is amazing and never got annoyed at all of the back and forth on our tweaks and different design options. Once we decided what we wanted to do, Bart and his team went to work.
We've had construction crews in our yard before and I was expecting to come home to a trash pit every day. Their crew cleaned up EVERY SINGLE DAY! Trash was bagged and piled, and once the travertine patio was installed they even hosed it down every day. This may not seem like a big deal, but for me it was. Our project took close to 9 months and if I had to stare at a trash filled backyard for that long I would've lost it!
There were a few hiccups along the way but what I loved about the entire staff at Unique was that they were always responsive and respectful. Building anything is stressful and building during a time when there's issues with staffing, supplies, and inflation is even worse. Kevin and Bart helped us to navigate all of this with the least amount of insanity possible. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely use them again.

We’ve built 2 pools with Chris and his team and couldn’t be happier. As a commercial architect I appreciate his attention to detail and his teams workmanship. They build everything to a higher standard than everyone else and it shows both in the aesthetics and performance. We will continue to use Chris and his team for all of our exterior pool and landscape projects as there is no comparison.

We did a major backyard remodel with Unique landscapes on an acre lot. Chris is an "upfront and get things done" type of a personality, but not pushy. We had quite a few changes during the build and Chris never gave us a hard time. He just got them done. His pricing is very fair and we had people working constantly for 6 months. The job was completed about 4 months ago. Since then we had a few minor issues (grill burner broke and a plant died) Chris was just as responsive to fix these problems as he was during the build. I could not be happier with my experiences and would be happy to share them with anyone who would like to know more about our remodel.
