I hired United Pro construction to do a job at my property technician named John came to my house gave me the estimate for new roof new gutters new siding and other things the guys came on time as they described the job is going to be done they had everything done on time very good very responsible they clean after what they did I highly recommend this company to friends and family

This contractor gone above and beyond his job to satsify the customer. Its demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. I will definatelly call this contractor on future projects. The contractor is a empathetic listener and makes the customer know he values their time. The front sidewalk was installed proffessionally, the area cleaned afterwards and price was right.

I needed someone for a second opinion and it needed to be done in a timely manner, United pro went above and beyond helping me and was able to meet all my needs with a couple days. Very nice, easy to communicate and responded timely. Would recommend for any job! They completed the job in 2 days and took pride in their work! Quality work that was phenomenal.

This company called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. They did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. They were polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. Their price was good which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend.

Hands down the BEST work and customer service EVER! I have used this company for my roof since 2015, when they came to do repairs. I recently had a small leak. The owner came over immediately, fixed problem (which took a good hour) and he NEVER charged me. He refused. I mean, talk about customer service! Plus great work! Highly Recommend United Pro!

I'd give 6 stars if I could! Look no further if you are looking for a new roof! Benny and his team are friendly, honest, professional, and reasonably priced and step you through everything with patience and a real pride in their work. They put in two skylights at the same time as the new roof and it's absolutely beautiful - I could not be happier with their responsiveness or service.

Even if they are not immediately available, book them! It's completely worth the wait and they give you 100% of their focus when it's your turn! Thanks to all of you, very happy!

United Pro took the time to really look at the problem before repairing it. The other 4 companies did not and charged twice as much. While working, took the time to show me the problem and how they were fixing it. In the area of roof repair, they are tops with me.

I had no idea how happy I could be with a new roof. The service and pricing were as excellent as they could possibly be and on top of all that, the team was an absolute delight to have around. I had a panic moment after the installation began about the color of the shingles that I approved. You would think it would have annoyed them but they patiently gave me time to decide if I wanted to stop and order something else, or move forward.

I moved forward because I realized I was panicking over nothing. It could have been a moment to make me feel stupid but they genuinely just wanted me to be happy with the job. The materials used were superior to any of the other ones I was being offered by other roofers when I shopped around. The price per square foot of the job was much better than everyone else.

I was also surprised at how much attention was paid to the aesthetics of the job, the crew was proud of their work when the job was done and I was proud of how beautiful my house looked. Thank you United Pro!

United Pro is such an amazing company. They did great work, completed the entire siding, soffients and wrapped windows in a little over a week. They were here every day and sometimes worked to 7 at night. Again, the quality of work was excellent.

United pro did an excellent job with my roof replacement. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job, including the cleanup, on schedule, and helped me with the insurance. They also did a follow up to be sure I was pleased with all aspects of their work. I would use them in the future for anything that they do that I am in need of.

We had a leak in the roof from work done by another company several years ago. Water leaks are really hard to find, but United Pro did, and fixed the leak. They didn't try to up-sell and talk us into more service than we needed. Recommend them. We were really grateful for them.

After meeting with 5 different roofing companies we choose United Pro because of their efforts. Their knowledge and explanation of the process was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure or salesman pitch - just upfront and honest. Our 110 year old house had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shake roof. It was a big job.

The workers were courteous and punctual. At the end of each day they left the yard organized and picked up. We has some slight miss communication, Mike out of town during our installation, but things were quickly resolved and we were happy with the resolution. We definitely would recommend Mike and his team for any roofing needs.

United Pro is Awesome. United Pro was referred to us by someone who uses his services often, and we can see why! His quotes are reasonable, his work is high quality, and he and his crew are professional. He initially came to repair the front steps to our building, but also repaired our sidewalk to comply with our building insurance requests. He even installed he back steps as a courtesy!

He also worked on part of the roof and did such amazing work! Woot woot! He then took the time to walk around the building with us, and explain what should be done, what wasn't done properly, and some simple fixes we could do on our own. This was immensely helpful! I am so impressed with the honesty and friendliness of Benny and his staff. We had a leak in our roof during one a big rain storm, and they were still able to fit us in. Benny came out and took pictures to show me of our roof and explained exactly what needed repairing. He was very honest and show was his price.

I called United Pro and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner responded that day and provided me with an estimate by that night. The price was very reasonable so I accepted it. My job was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and that appointment was kept. Many contractors don't show or have many other excuses. United Pro was the total opposite.

Everything was planned and carried out as promised with no issues. The workers arrived and worked hard from start to finish for my 3 day project. The area was left cleaner then when they found it. I am highly satisfied with the final work product and the overall project. Highly recommend! A

Started this process off knowing zero about roofs and roofing and was fortunate enough to get paired with Benny at United Pro who was PHENOMENAL! Never once did I feel as though he was annoyed with this set-up or all the questions each of us had throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and has the patience of a saint!

He was very involved, climbing into the attic, explaining the condition of the roof and the entire process very clearly, and re-explained when asked. This man even answered calls, texts and emails when he was OFF and traveling! You don't get this kind of customer service anymore! Someone raised him right! He is definitely an asset to the company. I was very pleased with United Pro. I had a small leak in my roof that needed repairing. Given the age of my place, I was sure that my roof was finally giving out on me. Luckily, it was a relatively minor repair. They came out and took a look at where the leak was coming from in the attic and knew immediately what had caused it. He finished the job in less than half an hour!
