Established in 1995 by siblings Eric and Christine Pyne we originally only provided wholesale shirt services to existing drycleaners. In 1999, the business model was changed. The firm shifted away from laundry and more into drycleaning. The firm name was changed from Ex-Press laundry Service to Urban Valet Drycleaners. In early 2000, a retail drop store was added in Buffalo. In late 2000, Urban Valet started providing weekly home and business delivery service throughout most of WNY.
