US Airways will not disclose clients' individual information to 3rd parties except as compelled to do so by law or government authority, or as otherwise offered in this policy. US Airways will share passenger information with state and federal public health agencies (such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) as reasonably necessary to reply to a potential or actual public health emergency.
