Vaughan Fitness was set up with the goal to supply the highest standards of service and professionalism in the individual training field. We accomplish this goal by hiring only the highest and brightest in the health and wellness field. We DO NOT prescribe to any specific exercise philosophy because we know that the requirements of every customer can, and will, be different. We prefer to take each customer on a case by case basis. Each customer is viewed as if we were going to develop a custom home. Every lasting home/body requirements to begin off with a strong foundation.
