Vineyard just finished our large deck project. Troy, Ryan, and Jessie were all very professional. My concerns, desires and and questions were promptly addressed. Jessie's crew arrived on time every day and worked hard. I am very happy with my deck. I would certainly recommend Vineyard. They produced a quality product at a fair price.

Our deck project with Vineyard was a pleasant experience! Once started, it moved at a steady pace and went smoothly. The workers were courteous, on time and thorough. Debris was removed in a timely manner. When we had questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly. Troy, Will, Tara and other office staff, as well as assigned contractors, provided exceptional customer service and quality work! I highly recommend them.

We are so happy with our experience with Vineyard Construction. We replaced a deteriorating wood deck and frame with a new wood frame and composite decking. Everyone we dealt with, from Troy (owner), Ryan (salesman), and Will (project manager), in managing the project were awesome to deal with - all very responsive, informative, and kind. The crew who actually built the deck knocked out our deck in two weeks working long hours, but were always nice and easy to deal with.

Everything was cleaned up well after the job. The entire team delivered on exactly what was promised and we are very happy with our beautiful new deck that is extremely high quality. We will be calling them back to help with with an outdoor landscape area for next year because we were so happy with what they delivered. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the time we contacted Vineyard to the time they finished up our deck replacement, we experienced nothing but top-notch service. We were so impressed with Troy and Ryan when they came out in January for the initial estimate - clean, professional, courteous, and very thorough. They told us that they'd be able to start in early June, so we were over the top excited when we got word they could actually do the job in April! During the work, the guys continually kept us updated, asking questions and having us review the work in progress to make sure it was to our standards, and it definitely was and is! It was very obvious that they take pride in their work and wanted to make sure we felt the same.
The full project took a little over a week from demo to completion. There was a little hiccup regarding the completion of the hand rail for the stairs, but they were on top of it without question. I will definitely recommend Vineyard Construction for anyone looking for a new or replacement deck.

I wanted to turn a very old, and unused, deck and sunroom into a covered deck and sitting area. Steven and Colton did a wonderful job. Because the design saved the old sunroom roof, I was able to save a lot of money and everything looks brand new. Even with multiple rain days they still finished on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Guaranteed you will not be disappointed! Vineyard Construction (VC) took our vision and created the most awesome outdoor living space! They delivered on all promises and exceeded our expectations! Steven and Colton were beyond awesome with our decking, railing and custom builds (bar and stairs for our hot tub)! Troy and Sadie were awesome to work with, as was everyone at VC!

So much so, they will be building deck #2 for us, around our pool and connecting via stairs to deck #1. I have been working with Vineyard Construction for 2 years now as their primary building material supplier. I get to see and talk to most of their customers, and I have never had a customer who wasn't extremely happy with the work, response time and quality from the Vineyard crew! Very happy with the deck renovation by Vineyard construction! Job was to re-deck a 30 year old foundation showing its age. Troy was very responsive during the estimation and bidding phase, responding to various requests for options and modifications. Demo was efficient and clean - all materials removed and area swept for debris. Replaced some joists and hangers after inspection. Installed wood decking with hidden fasteners, custom railing, benches and flower boxes with excellent attention to detail and workmanship. High marks to the construction crew - polite, professional, on time and not rushed. Good follow-up. Highly recommended - they are the real deal!

We received many quotes but Vineyard Construction was not only local but the most reasonable priced for what we needed done. Troy and his team was very professional, quick once the wood came in with everything going on with the virus.

This may sound commonsense, but he was the only contractor who showed up for our initial appointment on time and followed up with a timely and professional (not to mention reasonable) quote for our deck.
