Virginia Social Ventures

Spotlight Books (formerly Virginia Social Ventures (VSV) is a program of The Up Center, a nonprofit 501(c)3 child and family services organization situated in Norfolk, Virginia. Spotlight Books is a nonprofit business in the Hampton Roads area which supplies a pathway out of poverty through on-the-job training, support services and employment opportunities, decreasing the need for public support and increasing long term economic self-sufficiency.
