At Virginia Wingard Memorial, we have over 60 years of history serving God and growing in our faith together. Our worship of God is central to the life of our church and as United Methodists we believe how important worship is to the life of people. We also have a strong heartbeat for missions and community outreach, both locally and around the world. There is a great spirit of joy in our church as we go about doing good for others in the name of Jesus Christ.

read moreRev. Beth Shannon Faulk grew up near Fayetteville, North Carolina and graduated from Meredith College with a B.A. in Religion and Psychology. She attended Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia and graduated with a Masters of Divinity. She was ordained in 1992, spent two years in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Georgia Baptist Medical Center, and has been serving churches for 26 years, in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. Her husband, the Rev. Dr. Clay Faulk, is the pastor of Red Bank UMC in Lexington.

Room to participate. Mostly retired and living life to the fullest, this group of ladies use the United Methodist Bible Series to connect together and share their life experiences.
