VisionWare. Is a supplier of adaptable CRM software for Customer Interaction Centers (CICs) and workflow management systems. The firm markets TELE-SCOPE, a CRM enabling software solution that effectively manages all client interactions and easily adapts to suit a firm's current infrastructure and business processes. VisionWare acquired its flagship product, TELE-SCOPE, from Davis Software Engineering. In November of 2001. Davis Software introduced TELE-SCOPE in 1988 as a software product for call centers.
