Vita Fitness and Physical Therapy was set up in 2004 by Tommy Grabowski DPT, CSCS and Jeff Konczal, ACE with the idea of collaborating to create the most efficient approach to goal attainment. Our team has a great appreciation for working with people and share a common aim of obtaining the highest standards of functioning for each of their patients.
