Vital Networks was established in Sacramento in 2003. Today we function as the outsourced IT department for over one hundred firms in the greater Sacramento area, San Francisco and the East Bay, and N of Boston. Our responsive, expert IT support assists our customers focus on their business while saving money. Our founding idea was to supply comprehensive outsourced IT services to firms too tiny to have their own professionally managed IT department. In our experience we find businesses with tiny IT departments have the worst managed networks - internal IT staff are often under-utilized.
