A division of the Department of Career Education, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS) has been charged with delivering opportunities for Arkansans with disabilities to lead productive and independent lives. This is our aim statement and it is the foundation for the programs and comprehensive services that we supply to individuals with disabilities to allow them to prepare for and enter the workforce. ARS carries out its mission through a field program with experienced counselors from 19 field offices throughout the state serving all 75 counties.
