Von Hainholz Kennels has been in existence since 1975. We've been trying to breed a German Shorthaired Pointer true to its original purpose, a versatile hunting dog. A calm and loyal companion. A nice looking dog meaning well put together, an easy to train dog with many of natural ability. Our puppies are exposed to all situations at an early age. Our puppies point a bird wing at 6 to 7 weeks of age. They retrieve at that age. We currently have imported 4 dogs from Germany, FCAngie Vom Huenebrink came to us in the 70ties and became a FC here in the states.
