Daniel was great in everything. He explained all that needed to be done and displayed the estimate so there were no surprises. His work and demeanor is very professional. Daniel also has a great personality. The main thing was the repair was done correctly and completely in a timely manner for what was required. It was a broken shower valve so it's n really a simple job for a lay person. Now my shower looks and works great.

I needed a leaky faucet repaired and called Waialae Plumbing as I always do. Danny arrived and he not only fixed my leaky faucet but he also replaced another old faucet that I had been wanting to replace AND he replaced all the valves to my toilets and sinks. It took him all day but he worked until the job was done. How's that for great service?!

I've had an excellent experience with this company. Patrick was friendly, professional, and deftly cleared the clog in my kitchen sink. The ancient pipes in my building are extremely difficult to work with and the level of service he provided was above and beyond. I'll definitely use the Waialae again when I have plumbing problems.

I called on Friday morning for a drain clog issue thinking I would get scheduled sometime the next day, but they were able to get my job in on Friday afternoon. Jacob was very understanding, even though what I was experiencing did not make logical sense. He was very efficient and completed the job with no issues.

I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company.

Update! As per their response below, Waialae Plumbing issued me a refund for their service call, which I sincerely appreciate. As I said everyone was very cordial, I simply wish they would've given me a heads up and I could've saved their servicemen a trip. Trust me it wasn't the money, but the refund is a tremendous gesture and worth me giving them a second chance. Kudos and thank you! $62 for opening their truck door!

My kitchen sink was clogged this am. I checked the trap and used a small 15' snake but neither worked so I called Waialae Plumbing as I'd seen there trucks around. I explained the situation in detail and the receptionist (who was very cordial) took my info and said they could come out today and their dispatcher would call me back. She also said there'd be a $59 service call for coming out (which is more than reasonable) and after the serviceman assessed, he'd give me a price.

They called shortly after and said they were on the way. All great so far. The serviceman pulled up, got out of his truck and said he needed to use the snake and that would cost $480!?!? Almost $500 to snake a drain? C'mon guys. I said thanks but no thanks. Now this is America and you can charge what you like BUT, if you knew (which they obviously did) the convo should have been "the service charge is $59, sounds like they'll need to snake it and if they do that will be $500".

Anyway I paid the $62, walked to Safeway, bought a bottle of Drano and 15min later was washing dishes! My condo needs a complete remodel, wanna guess who I won't be calling?

Brian went above & beyond to resolve our clogged sewer line. Not having the equipment needed, Brian left to provide service for another Client that was scheduled. Very helpful and super responsive! Great work and the value for their expertise is worth the cost.
