Playing a stringed instrument is a skill built over time through perseverance, patience, and practice. Commencing in 4th grade and continuing through to graduation in 8th grade, all Waldorf students are required to take private string instrument lessons. This requirement ensures students are prepared for and able to keep pace with our instrumental music curriculum and fully engage with and contribute to our various orchestra ensembles.
