The appointment time was set quickly and in two hours after my call, the technician was in my house. He was very thorough in inspecting and explaining the problem with my appliance. The technician came during the allotted time window, and explained the problem with the dishwasher.He seemed very knowledgeable and didn't want to overcharge me for the services that I didn't really need to fix the issue.
I would gladly use their services again.

Fabulous service
Our refrigerator was constantly freezing everything. Fabulous service. Responsive, friendly and knew right away how to fix our problem. Reasonably priced and now the refrigerator is back to chilling, not freezing. Would absolutely hire them again. Value for Money

My dryer started making a loud clunking noise at every turn so we contacted Washer and Dryer Repair Services via Yelp and they got back to me right away with several window options for them to come the next day. The following day Alex gave me a call to let me know he was 30 minutes out and arrived right on time. He was courteous, fast and did a great job fixing our dryer -- and well priced too. We had an issue with our fridge that needed to be fixed. They were able to come quicker than any one else. Also the pricing was the same. Alex came and looked at fridge and diagnosed. Ivan was on time, called 30 minutes prior to our appointment, to let us know he was on his way; inspected both washer and a dryer; advised the best course of action and what needed to be done. He came back for the repair work and did everything efficiently and fast. Great job!

I would recommend them to anyone! The gentleman called me in the phone on his way to my house. He asked me questions regarding the washer, noise, what cycle it happens etc. he said this particular model is known for this and said it was my barring. He said it would cost more to fix then replace. He said he would still come out but wanted to save me money. Sure enough it was the barrings. I went to Lowe's where I bought it and major parts have a three year warranty. It will be fixed under the warranty for free.I would not have known this and spared a fee had this company not taken the time and kindness to tell me.
Ethical and honest is rare but it still is alive and well with these great guys! Thank you so much and if anything needs fixing again I will call you in a second!!!

Quick & Efficient
We had scheduled and appointment to fix a power failure in our dishwasher. The technician arrived on time and checked the issue. He explained what went wrong and told that the part needs to be replaced. He estimated that then part will arrive in a week. Exactly in a week they called and scheduled the follow-up appointment. The part has been replaced. The dishwasher works fine now, I am happy with the service provided. Value for Money
