Prior to founding WBI, Dr. O'Neill was Vice President of Immunodiagnostics for Pharmacia Diagnostics, Columbia, MD. Previous positions held with Electro-Nucleonics/ Pharmacia Diagnostics included Director of Product Development, Director of Manufacturing and Research & Development, and General Manager of Immunodiagnostics. Dr. O'Neill led the development and licensing of major diagnostic tests for AIDS and hepatitis and has over one hundred publications in enzyme catalysis, immunology and immunodiagnostics.
