The new library is double the size of the previous library and has twice the parking, 50 percent more computers, and more than 11, 000 more books and other materials. Please join local and county officials, team, volunteers, and your neighbors at the grand opening on Saturday, March 13 at 9 a.m. Our popular Bestseller Express program, which provides ready access to high demand titles for a rental fee, is being expanded to all libraries in Minneapolis beginning March 2. Rental fee at all libraries will be $4 for a loan period of 10 days.
