Today is a great day and one of our favorites of the year - we are celebrating the promotions of our team members! 2020 has been an extra-ordinary year and one that has challenged our team and changed our business in many positive ways. We are incredibly grateful to our team as we look back at the year.
About Us
read moreWe opened our doors in 1999, during the height of the dot.com era. Our founding principals, David Bonifacic, Vincent Warner and Peter Dussault, were working on a project to enable Verizon to compete in the long distance market and support dot.com companies. The project meant a long road trip to the NFL cities around the country. Their idea was that the market was missing an MEP company that could respond to the fast pace of the dot.com clients and approach the design of engineering systems with a business mind.
WB Engineers
read moreI started in WB's CAD department - and I volunteered to take on design work, in every department - every chance that I got. As WB grew, I was able to move up from CAD, to engineer, to project manager and to now leading WB's Denver office. The company's culture is such that I could build my career in my own way and take on as much responsibility as I could manage. Something that I learned early on at WB was that even if you're an engineer, you have to be as comfortable talking to clients about the system that you designed as you are designing it.
WB Engineers
read moreWhether working with our team from Boston, New York, East Bay, DC, or Denver, the client experience of working with WB is the same because we work as one company. We're trying to change the way people think about engineers by thinking about how businesses work rather than just what systems we need to design and by being responsive. We connect our clients' business drivers and the design of their MEP systems. We balance engineering expertise with not just good common sense, but good business sense.

While we may not know what is ahead in the coming days, weeks and months, we know we're ready. Our technology has been tested and we can continue to do the work that we do best. We operate as OneWB. That means that in our twelve offices around the country and 180 talented people on our team, our processes are the same. We help each other when we need to.
