Thank you, Westshore. Westshore Mechanical went above and beyond to accommodate the replacement of my AC unit. They smoothed over the entire AHS (American Home Shield) process. Cris, specifically did an excellent job dealing with the unpredictability and extra work that AHS caused for both of us. AHS stalled this replacement for 2 Months, and whenever Westshore received authorization or any type of information from AHS, Westshore called me immediately with updates. They were able to smooth over many headaches that stemmed from AHS and their warranty program. Thank you!

I was told that my technician would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00pm, but he arrived shortly after 10:00am. Mike was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and, after picking up the new part, had the furnace running in about 20 minutes. He explained the problem and asked if we had any questions. Very pleased with the service and would request Mike personally for future needs.

So what do you do when your furnace is acting up at 2pm on a Friday during the holiday season and during one of the coldest days?!? You call Westshore Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you Jamie Eldred for your awesome help today. (Crawling up on the room even) Our furnace is running fantastic AND the nasty goo problem is gone (lol).
